I am not a brain scientist. I am an ordinary person who climbed out of 15 years of panic disorder alive, without medication, by building a fortress in my own mind.

My research led me to a startling discovery: we will never escape our personal hells until we start searching for the person who is truly us. This search birthed Aletheosophia—a philosophy dedicated to researching the reality and truth of the present.
